Since 2015, Yunnan Plateau Characteristic Agricultural Industry Research Institute has implemented Xi Jinping's targeted poverty alleviation strategic thought intensively, earnestly fulfilled the decisions and deployments of CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee and Government, exerted local agricultural schools* advantages in CPC building, specialty, talents and scientific research, and promoted poverty alleviation work of Xinhua Village, Shaqiao Township, Nanhua County steadily.

Nearly CNY 12 million has been introduced and invested for road transportation, water irrigation infrastructure, cultural activity facilities and office facilities construction in Nanhua County and Xinhua Village in past five years.

As per “double contacts, one co-building and double promotion” work requirements, CPC Branch of the Research Institute and CPC Branch of Xinhua Village have signed the co-building agreement, and carried out CPC branch co-building activities actively to guide the poverty reduction task.

Implement targeted policies, reduce poverty earnestly, fbcus on technological achievements demonstration and characteristic industry cultivation, and promote characteristic planting and breeding industry to develop vigorously.

Combine advantages in specialties, training platforms, talents, etc., provide practical and pertinent technical trainings with fbcus on key and difficult links in poverty reduction for grassroots personnel in every field in the poverty alleviation work, and reinforce fanners5 abilities in getting rid of poverty and becoming rich.
